Tyler Millwood tackles Illinois Speedweek with Flo Series and Lucas Dirt
Making the long haul to the land of Lincoln, Tyler Millwood joined a 49-car field at at LaSalle (Ill.) Speedway on Tuesday afternoon for the first of three $20,000-to-win FloRacing Night in America shows.
Finishing fifth in his stacked heat race, Millwood just missed out on the A-Main after finishing sixth in a B-Main. Tyler missed Wednesday's show at Spoon River Speedway (Canton, Ill.) but was able to earn a spot in Thursday's main event at Lincoln (Il.) Speedway. Millwood started 20th and finished 22nd.
Joining the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series for one event, Millwood showed up at Farmer City (Ill.) Raceway on Friday night and did not make the Farmer City 74 with a seventh-place showing in his B-Main.
